1. Scope of Removal & Aggregator Limitations
JAV respects intellectual property rights and acts promptly upon receiving valid copyright notifications. However, rights holders must understand the technical operational boundaries of our service:
A verified takedown request submitted to JAV will result in the immediate removal and blacklisting of the title, thumbnail, and embed link from our website index.
Because JAV does not host video files on its servers, removing an entry from JAV does not remove the media file from the internet. To delete the source file, notices must be sent directly to the hosting provider.

3. Submitting a Notice to JAV
To request removal of links or metadata listings on JAV, please submit a written notification containing all of the following elements:
- Copyright Identification: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Target URLs: The exact URL(s) on JAV where the contested material is displayed or linked.
- Contact Information: Your full name, organization (if applicable), physical address, and valid email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Declaration: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
